Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
(All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST). The email receipt timestamp determines the applicable rule.)
1. Payment Deadline & Automatic Cancellation
Payment must be completed at least 3 days before the tour date.
If payment is not made by the deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and the time slot may be released to other guests.
2. General Rules
If the Traveler cancels the Tour Agreement, the following refund policy applies.
After deducting the applicable cancellation fee, any remaining balance will be refunded within 5–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your credit card issuer or payment provider.
3. Cancellation Fees
Less than 48 hours (≤2 days) No refund
3–7 days before the tour 50% refund
7 days or more before the tour 100% refund
💡For cancellations 7 days or more before the tour, a full refund will be issued.
However, payment processing fees (approximately 5%) charged by the payment provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. How to Cancel or Modify a Booking
• All cancellation and change requests must be submitted via official email or the booking form on this website.
• The receipt time (KST) determines the cancellation category.
• Changes such as date, time, or number of participants may be accepted once free of charge, depending on availability.
• Any price difference will apply, and the original cancellation terms remain in effect until we confirm the change in writing.
5. Force Majeure & Guide-Initiated Cancellation
If the tour cannot operate due to force majeure (natural disaster, government order, severe weather, safety concerns), a free reschedule will be offered first.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
If the guide must cancel due to personal or operational reasons, the traveler will receive a full refund, but indirect losses (flights, hotels, etc.) are not covered.
6. No-show & Late Arrival
Failure to appear at the meeting point, or arriving 15 minutes or more late, will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.
The tour end time will not be extended for late arrivals.
7. Refund Method
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking.
• If the original method is unavailable, a refund voucher may be issued instead.
• Payment processor fees, currency conversion differences, bank charges, and non-recoverable 3rd-party costs (e.g., pre-purchased tickets) may be deducted.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
8. Important Notes
• All bookings, changes, and cancellations must be made through this website or official email only.
• Off-platform agreements (e.g., social media, messaging apps) are not recognized.
• This policy is governed by Korean law, and all times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).
