Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Rules

If the Traveler wishes to cancel the Tour Agreement, the following policy applies.
After deducting the applicable cancellation charges, the remaining balance will be refunded within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your credit card company or payment provider.

💡 “Tour Price” includes all applicable taxes and service fees, if any.
The calculation is based on the local time of the tour area, and 24 hours = 1 full day.
3. How to Cancel / Modify

All cancellations or changes must be made through official contact channels (email or booking form on this website).

The receipt time (KST) determines the applicable cancellation fee.

Changes such as date, time, or number of participants may be accepted once free of charge, depending on availability.
4. Force Majeure & Guide’s Cancellation

If the tour cannot be operated due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, government order, severe weather, or safety concerns), the guide will first offer a free reschedule.

If rescheduling is not possible, the guide will issue a full refund.

In the event the guide must cancel for personal or operational reasons, the guest will receive a full refund, but indirect losses (flights, accommodation, etc.) are not covered.
5. No-show & Late Arrival

Failure to appear at the meeting point, or arriving 20 minutes or more late, will be considered a no-show.

No refund will be issued.

The tour end time will not be extended.
6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking.

If the original method is unavailable, a refund voucher may be provided.

Depending on the payment processor, bank or exchange fees may be deducted.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
7. Important Notes

All booking, change, and cancellation requests must be made through this website or official email only.

Off-platform agreements (social media, messaging apps, etc.) are not recognized.

This policy is governed by Korean law, and all times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).
